Trades Hub is a Twin Cities company that was seeking a way to connect Gen Z job seekers to trades and manufacturing employers in a newer and easier way. The company reached out to Creed to design an app to help with this, and Align was born. Working alongside web developers, I designed an app targeted at young job seekers that enables the user to explore, match with, and directly contact local employers.

We wanted to ensure an intuitive and user friendly experience, so the developers and I implemeted features such as magic link log ins, an easy multi-step profile set-up, and the ability to explore any career and company listed on the app.

This tool became an easy alternative to job boards and resume workshops, and more than 45 employers were connected before Beta testing even began.
