I was so thrilled to recently collaborate with Urban Roots, a St. Paul based organization dedicated to lifting up youth through community-building, education, and locally sourced green spaces and restoration. They asked for me to design a book cover that encapsulated the vibrancy of their mission, and highlighted the people, recipes, and values that make Urban Roots so special.
